HK Multifamily Management is looking for a friendly and motivated Leasing Agent to help rent apartments and provide great customer service to residents.

Responsibilities
Show apartments to prospective residents
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Follow up with leads and schedule tours
Process rental applications and lease paperwork
Assist with move-ins and resident needs
Help maintain high occupancy at the property

Qualifications
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Organized and reliable
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
