Assistant Manager Brand Communications

This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving consumer brand, responsible for bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will help shape how the brand shows up across digital, social, CRM, and retail touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging consumer experience. The position blends strategy and execution, requiring strong coordination across creative, digital, PR, and commercial teams. You will manage day-to-day campaign operations while ensuring content is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for performance. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will contribute to both planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will oversee the execution of integrated brand communications and ensure seamless delivery across multiple channels while maintaining strong alignment with broader marketing objectives. You will coordinate campaign workflows, manage content calendars, and support the rollout of omni-channel initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Manage execution of paid, owned, and earned media campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and retail platforms
• Coordinate content trafficking, asset delivery, and internal approval workflows to ensure timely execution
• Maintain campaign calendars and support planning aligned with seasonal priorities and brand initiatives
• Update and optimize website, CRM, and digital shelf content to improve consumer and retailer engagement
• Support organic social publishing, influencer, and community engagement programs
• Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, PR, eCommerce, legal, and sales to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Track campaign performance, monitor content needs, and support optimization based on insights and feedback
• Contribute to experiential activations, partnerships, sampling initiatives, and brand events

Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong marketing execution experience within consumer-facing environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional settings where both creativity and structure are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing or brand communications experience, ideally within CPG, health, wellness, or consumer brands
• Strong experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and retail channels
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to brand tone and messaging consistency
• Experience working with content workflows, campaign execution, and performance tracking
• Familiarity with SEO principles, digital content optimization, and social media publishing tools
• Experience in experiential marketing, partnerships, or community engagement is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across creative, commercial, and operational teams
