Role Summary

CDHA has an immediate opening for a dedicated team member to support endoscopic procedures in its fast-paced clinical environment in Concord, NC. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the performing physician, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure procedures are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the physician during endoscopic procedures as directed.
  • Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies.
  • Support patient care before, during, and after procedures.
  • Ensure proper cleaning, handling, and storage of endoscopic instruments.
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.

  • Completes all required training, certifications, and competency assessments.
  • Actively participates in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintains required accreditations, licensure, and certifications in good standing.
