Lindsey RV Repair is a family-run, mobile RV and trailer repair business based in White House, Tennessee. With over 40 years of hands-on experience, Gene Lindsey and our team provide reliable, high-quality on-site repair and maintenance services for RVs, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes throughout the Middle Tennessee region. We pride ourselves on honest work, customer satisfaction, and keeping our clients safely on the road.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems. This is a mobile role involving travel to customer locations in the White House, Nashville, and surrounding areas.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems including:
  • Electrical (12V/110V systems, inverters, batteries, wiring)
  • Plumbing (fresh water, gray/black water, propane systems)
  • Appliances (refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, A/C units)
  • Slide-outs, leveling systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic components
  • Roofing, seals, and exterior damage repairs
  • Tires, brakes, axles, and suspension
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and routine service
• Troubleshoot and repair generator and solar systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional RV technician experience (or equivalent automotive/marine mechanical experience with RV-specific training)
• Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, propane, and appliance systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (ability to drive a service truck/trailer)
• Own basic hand tools and power tools (specialty RV tools a plus)
• Ability to work independently in the field and lift up to 75 lbs
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to our base in White House, TN
• RVIA or equivalent RV technician certification preferred but not required
• Background check and drug screening will be required
