Leasing Associate (Lease-Up) in Austin, Texas at Richman Property Services

Join our growing Team as a Full Time Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc. in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new "Texas Stay Program", which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and financially support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.

Position: Leasing Associate, full time, 40 hours per week.

Location: Cedar Heights, our 304-unit multi-family affordable residential community located in Austin, TX 78744

Hours: A combination of days during regular property office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00-6:00pm, and Saturday's 10:00am-4:00pm. Schedule details will be discussed during interview process.

What we are looking for:

• Candidates with 1-3 years or more Leasing experience within an affordable/LIHTC residential community is required for this position
• Impeccable customer and resident service skills, team player, and wants to learn and grow
• Experience using Yardi property management software products
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect

Requirements:

• Education:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience:
  1. Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, multi-family leasing experience
  2. Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred

1. Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
2. Strong work ethic and customer focus
