Integrations Partner Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Integrations Partner Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-growing integrations ecosystem, responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships with technology vendors that customers rely on every day. You will shape how external platforms connect with internal systems, enabling seamless, secure, and high-value integrations that directly impact product capabilities and customer outcomes. Acting as a bridge between product, engineering, legal, and external partners, you will ensure integration opportunities are executed efficiently and at scale. The role combines strategic partnership development with hands-on operational ownership, including technical collaboration, contract management, and program design. You will play a key role in expanding both first-party and partner-built integrations, helping to grow a scalable ecosystem that drives product adoption and customer value. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact position in a fast-moving SaaS environment where relationship-building and technical fluency go hand in hand. Your work will directly influence the growth, quality, and reach of a modern integration platform.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the integration partner program, including defining structure, sourcing new partners, and managing ongoing strategic relationships across the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify integration needs and unlock technical access, tooling, and support from external vendors.
  • Drive adoption of integration APIs by enabling and encouraging partners to build high-quality, scalable integrations on the platform.
  • Manage partner segmentation, tiering models, and performance metrics, ensuring clear ROI tracking and alignment with business outcomes.
  • Oversee contracting, access agreements, and procurement workflows, improving consistency and efficiency in partner onboarding and governance.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, product, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of integration initiatives.
  • Contribute to enablement and go-to-market efforts, helping communicate the value of integrations to customers and external partners.
  • Identify new co-build and co-marketing opportunities that expand ecosystem reach and drive mutual growth.
  • Maintain visibility into emerging vendors, industry players, and strategic opportunities within the integrations landscape.
  • Ensure long-term health of the integrations ecosystem by balancing partner success, product priorities, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience managing strategic technical partnerships, platform ecosystems, or integration-focused partner programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling integration partnerships with measurable business and product impact.
  • Strong ability to define and track partner success metrics, including ROI, tiering models, and engagement KPIs.
  • Experience working across product, engineering, legal, procurement, and GTM teams in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts such as APIs, schemas, authentication, and integration architectures.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
  • Highly organized, outcome-oriented approach to managing multiple partners, priorities, and workflows simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and drive clarity across ambiguous or evolving integration requirements.
  • Experience in SaaS platform or ecosystem businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Bonus: existing network in the integrations or SaaS partner ecosystem and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows or tools.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with equity participation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 100% employer-covered premiums for employee-only medical plans (where applicable).
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents.
  • Flexible paid time off policy plus paid sick leave.
  • Health and wellness stipend and additional lifestyle support benefits.
  • Home office, internet, and mobile phone stipends for remote employees.
  • Matching 401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting.
  • Family planning benefits and support programs.
  • Regular virtual events, learning sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Inclusive, remote-first work environment with global collaboration opportunities.
