- 1–3 years of supervisory or people-management experience, ideally leading Deal Desk, pricing, or commercial operations teams and managing performance against SLAs.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience negotiating pricing and structuring complex commercial agreements.
- Deep understanding of Deal Desk operations, including approval frameworks, SLA management, pricing governance, and commercial risk assessment.
- Experience with CPQ or deal management platforms; experience with DealHub is an advantage.
- Experience designing and implementing Deal Desk intake processes, approval workflows, escalation frameworks, and governance models.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage high-volume requests while progressing strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to make sound commercial decisions under time pressure.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a flexible, relatively flat organizational environment.
- Ability to work confidently with data and analytical tools, including spreadsheets, BI platforms, dashboards, and commercial performance reports.
- Strong coaching and people-development capabilities, with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and team growth.
- Competitive annual base salary: CAD $116,200–$155,000, depending on qualifications, experience, location, and market factors.
- Flexible working arrangements supporting both remote and in-person collaboration.
- Home office reimbursement program.
