We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant / Food Runner to join our service team. This position supports both the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams by ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional food and beverage service.

Role Overview

The Server Assistant plays an essential role in delivering a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include assisting servers and chefs, maintaining table presentation, and ensuring timely and accurate food delivery. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service and genuine hospitality to all guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Support the service team with table maintenance, refilling beverages, and clearing plates.
• Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and service tools as needed.
• Communicate clearly between the kitchen and service staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
