Responsibilities include assisting with destination and accommodation research, coordinating reservation details, responding to travel-related questions, maintaining accurate client information, and providing support throughout the travel planning process.

• Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation options
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm travel information
• Respond professionally to client questions and requests
• Review itineraries and booking information for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records and communications
• Provide customer support before and after travel
• Use online travel platforms and digital communication tools

Training & Development
