You will work directly with customers throughout the renewal cycle while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
The position combines commercial ownership, negotiation, contract management, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
You will help customers transition from legacy products to newer offerings while identifying opportunities for expansion and add-on solutions.
The role requires strong coordination with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliant and accurate commercial outcomes.
You will maintain visibility across the renewal pipeline through forecasting, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
This opportunity is well suited to a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals, ensuring renewal processes, commercial activities, and contract execution are completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Support the full renewal deal cycle by engaging directly with customers through video conferences, email, telephone, and in-person interactions when applicable.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience throughout the renewal process, particularly when renewals include expansion or add-on opportunities.
  • Negotiate renewal-related commercial issues and develop appropriate renewal offers that support customer needs while aligning with broader business objectives.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of customer conversions from legacy products to newer offerings, including reviewing the customer landscape and developing offers that optimize product utilization.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer and internal go-to-market questions regarding pricing, contracts, renewals, and related commercial matters.
  • Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions while collaborating with Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal teams to ensure accurate agreements and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Process standard and complex quotes, auto-renewal notices, and customer orders using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
  • Maintain an accurate 180-day rolling renewal forecast for the assigned territory, providing clear visibility into upcoming renewals, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain and archive contractual documentation while researching and resolving operational or commercial issues in collaboration with appropriate internal support teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management, preferably within a mid-market or commercial segment of an enterprise SaaS, software, or high-tech organization.
  • Experience managing customer relationships through complex commercial cycles, with a strong understanding of deal support topics such as pricing, deal structuring, contracting, and renewal processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage commercial discussions effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Good understanding of contractual and legal conditions, with familiarity with basic revenue recognition principles considered an advantage.
  • Ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of technology products, their customer value, and how product capabilities can support renewal and expansion strategies.
  • Ability to understand organizational goals and incorporate those objectives into the development of effective renewal offers and customer strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy across a renewal portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with business productivity tools such as Windows, Excel, and Word, along with experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones to support customers across the Americas while operating remotely from India.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work in a highly visible, large-scale SaaS environment focused on customer retention, commercial growth, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Remote work arrangement from India, with flexibility aligned to supporting customers across US time zones.
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS renewal strategies, customer expansion opportunities, commercial negotiations, and complex contract processes.
  • Opportunity to collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
