About the FacilityIsuzu North America Corporation is investing approximately $280 million to build a new manufacturing facility in Greenville County, South Carolina.
This 1-million-square-foot, state-of-the-art production plant, located on more than 200 acres, will feature a flexible manufacturing line capable of producing both internal combustion and electric vehicles.

The Onboarding Coordinator / HR Administrator coordinates new-hire onboarding, facilitates assigned portions of New Hire Orientation, supports front-office reception activities, and provides administrative support to the Human Resources department.
This role serves as a welcoming point of contact for new hires, employees, candidates, and visitors while helping ensure onboarding activities, employee documentation, and HR administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities- Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including documentation, communications, scheduling, and first-day preparation
- Coordinate and lead parts of New Hire Orientation, including presenting assigned HR topics and guiding employees through required onboarding activities
- Prepare orientation materials and coordinate participation from HR and other departments
- Track onboarding requirements and follow up on outstanding documentation or activities
- Greet and assist employees, candidates, visitors, vendors, and guests at the front office and direct them appropriately
- Respond to general front-office and routine HR inquiries and route more complex matters to the appropriate team member
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee records, HR documentation, trackers, and other administrative information
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and HR information
- Support scheduling, HR communications, employee events, recruiting activities, training coordination, and departmental projects
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company and department goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous Human Resources, onboarding, administrative, reception, or office support experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or fast-paced work environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
- Ability to confidently facilitate assigned portions of New Hire Orientation and present information to groups
- Professional and welcoming approach when interacting with employees, candidates, visitors, and guests
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and accurately use HR information systems and electronic recordkeeping systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR and cross-functional teams
