As a Key Holder at Scrubs & Beyond, you will be an integral part of the store leadership team, supporting every aspect of store performance. You’ll ensure that all areas of the store are fully engaged, meeting key objectives, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. In collaboration with the leadership team, you will help develop business strategies to achieve goals and boost sales in a competitive market. Additionally, you will contribute to expanding the company’s market share by selling to both group accounts and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets in addition to your own personal sales goals
  • Support managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance for the store
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
  • Take on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty, which includes coaching and training team members
  • Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

  • Have 1-2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
  • Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
  • Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • PT 15-29 hours weekly

  • Ability to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
  • You are enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring a team and inspired to lead by example
  • Self-motivated and confident in your ability to network and generate leads
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Physical Demands

  • Constantly standing and walking
  • Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping
  • Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools
