We are on the lookout for a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator in Markham Ontario, who shares our passion for Customer Obsession. In this dynamic role, you will balance your time between desk-based responsibilities—such as internal and external stakeholder meetings, ticket and email management, and Slack communications—with hands-on presence on the warehouse floor, overseeing projects and resolving operational escalations.


Role Details:

Salary: $55k-65k base

Location: Mon-Fri | 51 Mobis Drive, Markham, Ontario


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the timely and satisfactory resolution of customer tickets requiring coordination of activities with the warehouse teams, including order fulfillment, inventory, storage and delivery;
  • Serve as liaison between customer support, warehouse and account management teams to resolve customer inquiries (via phone, chat and email channels);
  • Handle high priority and escalated customer orders;
  • Maintain industry-leading client experience for merchants and end customers;
  • Lead the project management of special projects including inventory counts, kitting, relabelling etc;
  • Organize, prioritize and route ticket resolution tasks and activities to the right partners within the warehouse, customer support and account management teams;
  • Providing updates to relevant parties (SLA’s, progress reports, escalations, etc.);
  • Manage communications with merchants and customers through omnichannel service platform;
  • Provide warehouse subject matter expertise to new merchants during implementation and onboarding process;
  • Optimize existing customer resolution processes and documentation in warehouse, customer support and account management teams to improve the client experience;

What We Are Looking For:


  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer support or client experience;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing operations and logistics;
  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or equivalent professional experience;
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing systems, practices and methods;
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills;
  • Exceptional customer service mentality;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment;
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in project management and/or sales role is a bonus;
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience;
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms;
  • Authorized to work in Canada for any employer.
