About the Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory systems and ensuring that all products are handled safely and in compliance with company policies. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand shipping documents.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and use of handheld scanning devices.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
