In this role, you’ll collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver product-led improvements—owning features end-to-end across the stack, from Angular/TypeScript frontends to Java and Go backends—and helping ensure reliable application performance in production.

These are customer-facing applications in the digital channel for Repair, Photo Estimating, and Digital Payment Enrollment. You’ll join a high-performing, fast-paced team supporting a variety of technologies on AWS (native) and ROSA.

Qualifications
  • Full-stack engineering experience with strong front-end and back-end capabilities
  • Experience building and supporting customer-facing applications and delivering features end-to-end
  • Proficiency with AWS Native/ROSA environments
  • Strong skills in TypeScript and Angular for front-end development
  • Strong skills in Java and Go (GoLang) for back-end services and APIs
  • Ability to apply advanced engineering practices to design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using industry-adopted languages and frameworks
  • Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues
  • Strong command of software engineering concepts including: security, containers, version control, CI/CD, unit testing, and core programming principles (classes/functions, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of programming and databases (e.g., SQL and NoSQL) and how data is modeled, moved, and validated
  • Advanced understanding of compute environments such as Linux and public cloud (including containers)
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current on technology trends and apply best practices to influence product solution direction
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum/Kanban), collaborating cross-functionally and delivering iteratively
  • Strong product and quality orientation—understands product design and testing strategies to ensure reliable outcomes
  • Ability to navigate the broader organization effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across teams
  • Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, technical guidance, training, and/or delegating work as needed
  • Capable of managing multiple simultaneous stories and/or leading a single complex initiative
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional user experience in design and delivery
  • Experience engaging with internal technical communities (e.g., dev guilds) and participating in knowledge-sharing
  • Familiarity with and ability to leverage inner source practices to improve code discoverability, reuse, and cross-enterprise collaboration
