Position Summary
The Digital Designer is responsible for creating high-performing creative that drives results across digital channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing and a social-first mindset. This role develops compelling concepts and executes engaging design and video content optimized for todays fast-moving platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design digital advertising assets across paid social, display, programmatic, email, direct mail, and other marketing channels, ensuring creative is engaging, on brand, and optimized for each platform.
- Create static, motion, and video assets in partnership with copywriters and content creators to support performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Creative leadership from concept through final execution, contributing ideas and bringing creative concepts to life.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign goals and performance insights, applying learnings to future creative.
- Adapt and optimize creative across multiple formats, audiences, and platforms to support testing and campaign performance.
- Stay current on digital, social, and design trends to continually improve creative quality and effectiveness.
- Organize and maintain creative assets to ensure efficient production and delivery.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate (Bachelors) degree
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience managing multiple projects utilizing project management systems (Wrike preferred).
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in After Effects or other motion design and animation programs.
- Strong knowledge and experience with XD, Sketch, and Figma.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance concept development, design execution, image generations, and workflow efficiency.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Experience creating content for paid social and performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and using campaign results to improve creative performance.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX and conversion-focused design principles.
- Experience in home services, direct-to-consumer, or lead-generation marketing.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional overnight travel is required (1-10%)
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
- Additional and non-standard hours may be required (exempt).
