As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of impactful digital products while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to solve real-world challenges. • Develop robust front-end and back-end applications, delivering reliable, well-tested features across the full software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using technologies such as Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, and related modern frameworks.
• Contribute to technical direction at the feature level by breaking down complex problems, prioritizing work, and helping unblock engineering teams.
• Build modular, maintainable architectures while promoting strong testing practices and thoughtful engineering trade-offs.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools and agentic development workflows effectively while maintaining high standards for code quality and reliability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, especially AI capabilities, to identify opportunities for innovation and improved delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, product leaders, delivery managers, and clients to define solutions and bring concepts into production.
