• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process by reviewing sales contracts, validating sales orders, generating accurate invoices, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Process credit memos while maintaining appropriate approvals, documentation, and compliance with internal financial controls.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customer billing records and sales transaction data within ERP and billing systems.
• Respond promptly to invoicing-related inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring a high level of service.
• Support month-end and accounting close activities by reconciling invoices, credit memos, taxes, and revenue-related records.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of billing issues and recommend scalable process improvements.
• Assist with audit requests, reporting activities, and additional finance projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in invoicing, billing, order-to-cash operations, or related finance functions within mid-sized or enterprise organizations.
• Experience working with ERP and billing platforms; familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce Billing, and Avalara is highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze financial data efficiently.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, sales, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours (coverage through 4:30 PM PST / approximately 5:00 AM IST).
