Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Location: Onsite in Fall River, MA
Experience: Shipping, LTL, Bills of Lading (BOL), logistics, or warehouse experience preferred

Looking for a hands-on shipping opportunity where you can help keep daily orders moving and work closely with carriers and warehouse teams?
Displays2Go is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to support our shipping operations at our Fall River, MA facility. In this role, you’ll coordinate customer orders, prepare shipping documentation, communicate with carriers, and work closely with our Material Handling and Contact Center teams to ensure orders are processed and picked up accurately and on time.

What You'll DoMonitor email throughout the day for high-volume orders, quote requests, special shipping instructions, and order changes.
Communicate missed pickups and other shipping issues with carrier dispatchers and management.
Maintain the sales order dashboard, ensuring orders are printed and instructions are communicated to Material Handlers and carriers.
Prepare shipping quotes using tools such as Czarlite, carrier websites, email, and phone.
Provide detailed packing instructions and assign orders to team members.
Maintain accurate pallet logs by carrier for open, in-process, and shipped orders.
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for LTL shipments and properly tag pallets.
Contact and schedule carriers to support same-day pickup of processed orders.
Communicate shipping or order issues with the Team Lead, Supervisor, and Contact Center.
Follow all safety procedures and support the safe operation of material-handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous shipping, LTL, BOL, logistics, or related warehouse experience preferred.
Previous team coordination or leadership experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks within assigned deadlines.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to obtain forklift certification.
Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs. unassisted.
Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 125 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, pull, and push throughout an 8-hour shift.
The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
