Location: Woodruff Campus
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour, based on experience

Make a Difference in the Lives of Adults with Autism

Project Hope Foundation (PHF) is seeking a dedicated and energetic Hope Alive Day Services Faciliator to support adults (18+) with autism in building independence, social connection, and vocational skills. In this role, you will facilitate structured group programming, implement individualized support plans, and apply ABA principles in creative and meaningful ways across community and campus-based settings. What You'll Do

Direct Service & Program Implementation
  • Facilitate group-based learning opportunities
  • Implement individualized support plans for adult clients
  • Teach adaptive, social, communication, and vocational skills
  • Apply ABA principles creatively across various settings
Data Collection & Compliance
  • Complete required documentation in accordance with SC DDSN guidelines
  • Collect and enter behavioral and skills-based data in CentralReach
  • Maintain compliance with program directives and documentation standards
Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with BCBAs, the Employment Coordinator, and program leadership
  • Provide input on individualized goals and teaching procedures
  • Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members
Community Engagement
  • Plan and support structured community outings
  • Transport clients to locations in Woodruff, Greenville, and Spartanburg
  • Represent PHF at community and public relations events as needed

What You Bring

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • College degree preferred
Experience
  • Strong ABA background required
  • Experience working with adults with autism preferred
Licensure & Certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain through PHF
  • Safety-Care certification or willingness to obtain
  • Current BLS First Aid/AED certification
  • Ability to pass physical exam for client transportation
  • Clear criminal background check and TB test

Key Skills and Strengths

  • Ability to apply ABA principles creatively in diverse environments
  • Strong group facilitation skills (supporting 4–8 adults at a time)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Effective problem-solving and crisis management skills
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn data collection platforms (CentralReach, Podio, Google Suite)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Active engagement in group and community settings
  • Ability to transport clients in company-owned vehicles
  • Ability to perform Safety-Care crisis intervention techniques
  • Comfortable working in community-based environments
