CANCER GUIDE - HEM/ONC in JONESBORO, Arkansas at Saint Bernards Medical Center

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare, patient services, customer service, or related setting preferred. Experience working with patients and families in a healthcare environment preferred. Experience in oncology, cancer services, patient support, care coordination, or a similar role is a plus. Experience helping patients understand healthcare processes, resources, appointments, or next steps preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups and participating in educational or outreach activities. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple patient needs and requests. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
