This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Full-stack – Growth Product based in Brazil.
Join a globally distributed engineering team building the digital experiences that introduce millions of users to innovative financial products and keep them engaged over time.
In this senior full-stack role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, marketing, and data to deliver impactful solutions.
You will help develop and optimize critical user journeys, from marketing funnels and account registration to identity verification and first-time funding.
Working across web and mobile platforms, you will build scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support users worldwide.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and translate business goals into technical solutions.

- Develop high-impact product experiences: Build and maintain full-stack features that improve how users discover, access, and engage with financial products across web and mobile platforms.
- Optimize user acquisition and onboarding: Implement solutions for marketing campaigns, registration, identity verification (KYC), account funding, and other critical conversion journeys.
- Build scalable applications and services: Develop reusable components and services capable of supporting large volumes of global traffic while maintaining performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, data analysts, and other engineers to identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to architecture and technical strategy: Participate in system design and architectural discussions, balancing user needs, scalability, maintainability, and engineering quality.
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement: Use analytics, experimentation frameworks, and performance data to evaluate user behavior, test hypotheses, and improve product outcomes.
- Maintain engineering excellence: Uphold high standards for code quality, testing, debugging, security, and performance across the technology stack.
- Take end-to-end ownership: Independently drive technical initiatives from problem identification and implementation through measurement, iteration, and ongoing improvement.
- Professional experience: At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Full-stack development: Strong experience developing full-stack applications using at least one of the following languages: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, along with React or React Native.
- System design: Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software development practices.
- Infrastructure and DevOps: Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Product-oriented mindset: Ability to connect engineering decisions to business objectives, user needs, and measurable product outcomes rather than focusing exclusively on code implementation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to investigate complex technical challenges, interpret data, and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Autonomy and accountability: Confidence in managing priorities, making technical decisions, and delivering results in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Collaboration and communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, experimentation platforms, growth engineering, user funnels, lifecycle optimization, conversion improvement, or data analysis tools is a plus.
