Job Description
Schedule: (3) 12-hour shifts per week 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care to clients in our Residential and PHP programs.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, dietitians, and the clinical team to support individualized care.
Administer, monitor, and document medications in accordance with Alsana policies.
Complete nursing assessments, obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and provide basic medical care.
Support client admissions, medication reconciliation, and discharge planning.
Assist with physician visits and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Participate in meal support and nutrition-related activities as needed.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Alabama.
Diploma, ADN, or BSN required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Phlebotomy skills required.
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Behavioral health, eating disorder, residential, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
