We’re looking for Line Cooks who bring passion, consistency, and pride to the plate. You’ll work alongside a talented kitchen team to build every dish to Dish Society standards — fresh, made-from-scratch, and beautifully executed. • Prepare, cook, and build dishes to spec with consistency and attention to detail.

• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized throughout service.

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to keep the line running smooth.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Jump in where needed — teamwork is how we win the shift.

• Previous kitchen experience required.

• Strong understanding of cooking methods, timing, and presentation.

• Able to perform efficiently during peak rushes without losing quality.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to grow.

• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a high-energy environment.
