Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead large and complex SAP projects in an international environment.
The role will be responsible for the structured governance and end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment across Business, IT, SAP teams, vendors, and international stakeholders.
Location: United Kingdom – UK-based required

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale SAP projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budget, resources, and governance.
  • Coordinate international and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
  • Act as the main interface between Business, IT, SAP consultants, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead Steering Committees, status meetings, and executive-level reporting.
  • Manage project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies) and ensure appropriate mitigation and escalation.
  • Coordinate SAP functional and technical workstreams, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
  • Manage scope changes, Change Requests, project financials, vendors, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect management, quality gates, and go-live readiness.
  • Lead cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and transition to operations.
  • Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager leading large and complex SAP projects.
  • Proven experience managing international clients, global stakeholders, and multicultural teams.
  • Strong experience with SAP implementations, transformations, or global rollouts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, resources, risks, testing, cutover, and go-live.
  • Fluent English.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Availability for international travel.
