General Purpose:
The Compliance and Risk Officer supports MFHC’s efforts to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while maintaining full regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance. This role assists in key compliance activities, including policy and procedure governance, federal, state, and grant compliance, and oversight of the event and complaint reporting system.
The position analyzes data to identify trends, assess risk, and support corrective actions. Working closely with department leaders, the Compliance and Risk Officer also helps coordinate staff training and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and regulatory excellence in alignment with MFHC’s mission and the Quadruple Aim.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of experience in health care compliance and risk management.
- 1-2 years’ experience in health care required.
Salary: $31-$35 per hour; DOQ
