The role spans documentation, community content, video, and creator-generated technical resources.
You’ll validate technical submissions, improve existing guides, and provide constructive feedback that helps creators produce higher-quality content.
You’ll also contribute to automated testing and validation processes that strengthen documentation reliability at scale.
Working closely with creators and internal technical teams, you’ll help establish a high standard for developer-focused content.

• Review and validate technical content submitted through the developer and creator community program, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with established standards.
• Create original technical content for cloud documentation, community forums, and YouTube, translating complex concepts into accessible developer-focused resources.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing documentation, articles, tutorials, and technical guides.
• Provide detailed editorial and technical feedback to content creators to help improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of their work.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for documentation and technical guides, helping identify errors and improve content validation processes.
• Collaborate closely with creators and internal engineering and technical teams to verify technical accuracy and maintain consistent content standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation workflows, quality assurance practices, and the overall developer content experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on empowering developers and strengthening the wider technical community.
• Ensure technical content remains relevant, well-structured, accurate, and aligned with developer needs and workflows.

• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, technical documentation, content review, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical writing and content creation abilities, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly.
• Hands-on experience producing developer-focused technical documentation, tutorials, guides, or similar resources.
• Strong ability to review and validate the technical accuracy of submitted content.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks or automated approaches for documentation and technical-content validation.
• Strong editorial skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to content creators.
• Understanding of developer workflows, cloud infrastructure, and modern technology concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to content accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Self-motivated approach to content creation, review, and quality assurance, with the ability to manage work independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with creators, developers, engineers, and other internal stakeholders.
