  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage event directors, contractors, interns, or other operational teams.
  • Ownership Mindset: Highly self-motivated, energetic, and proactive, with the confidence to make decisions, solve problems independently, and take full accountability for results.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, checklists, deadlines, and stakeholders without compromising quality.
  • Business Acumen: Comfortable working with budgets, costs, margins, performance metrics, and other financial or operational measures.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly and new challenges require practical, creative solutions.
  • Technology: Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus; experience with EOS/Traction methodologies is also desirable.
  • Industry Network: Experience in youth or club sports, recruiting, or an existing network of event directors, officials, or facilities is advantageous.
