- Build and maintain comprehensive project plans to support forecasting, resource allocation, and execution of R&D initiatives across the portfolio.
- Coordinate stage-gate processes by gathering cross-functional inputs, preparing project documentation, and ensuring timely milestone completion.
- Monitor and report on project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource utilization across research and development activities.
- Facilitate regular project update meetings with research teams, leadership stakeholders, and international collaborators.
- Support pipeline review processes by organizing meetings, tracking project progression, and providing visibility into key development milestones.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple global regions to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and operational goals.
- Identify project risks, timeline challenges, and operational gaps while recommending practical solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen project governance, communication, and execution efficiency across R&D programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Additional qualifications or training in Project Management or Business Administration are highly valued.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, or life sciences industries.
- Strong understanding of drug development processes, clinical development environments, and commercial considerations within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budget tracking, milestone management, and coordination of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
