- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on indirect spend optimization, purchased services, and healthcare operational improvement initiatives.
- Analyze large and complex datasets, including utilization patterns, contract performance, and benchmarking data, to identify financial and operational value opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights by evaluating contract penetration, substitution opportunities, standardization potential, and cost optimization strategies.
- Translate analytical findings into executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps for healthcare leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders, facilitating discussions that align priorities and drive decision-making.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional resource coordination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, accountability, and high-quality delivery.
- Support business development activities including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
- Mentor and develop consulting team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and capability building within the practice.
- Collaborate with clients both on-site and remotely to ensure successful implementation of recommended strategies.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, advisory services, or healthcare operational improvement roles.
- Proven expertise in leading indirect spend or purchased services optimization initiatives within healthcare environments.
- Strong ability to manage large, complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements from strategy through execution.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable business insights.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior and C-suite healthcare executives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring consultants and supporting team development.
- Ability to translate data-driven analysis into clear strategic recommendations and implementation plans.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with frequent travel requirements.
- Relevant academic background preferred, with a degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or related fields.
- Competitive salary range: $117,600 – $206,000 USD annually, with additional incentive eligibility.
