Location: Soho

Position Type: Full-time, Salaried

Compensation: $140,000 - 180,000

This role is responsible for developing and executing high-priority initiatives that drive the company’s growth, such as new locations, businesses, products, and other commercial activities. This role is focused on translating strategic ideas and executive direction into structured plans and delivering high-quality outcomes, all within a collaborative, collegial, and ambitious environment.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, systems-minded operator who balances strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate vision into action
  • Force multiplier for the CEO
  • Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings as appropriate, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and follow-through
  • Draft and review high-stakes internal and external presentations, communications, including decks, speeches, memos, and correspondence
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure information flows effectively between teams so priorities, decisions, expectations, and deadlines are clearly understood and met
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve how the company plans and executes complex initiatives, including scalable processes, tools, and best practices
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of budgets across all teams
  • Develop and oversee Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) addressing gaps in business and operations
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear organizational roadmaps with defined milestones, owners, and timelines
  • Oversee the CEO’s office, including managing Personal Assistant(s) as applicable
  • Help manage the CEO’s time and attention, ensuring focus on the highest-impact priorities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in high-performing, fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or high-growth, innovative consumer brands
  • MBA or similar advanced degree a bonus
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear recommendations and action
  • Exceptional project management and execution skills, with a track record of owning multiple complex initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, navigating change, and balancing long-term thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, scale, or periods of significant change
  • Experience working with Founder/CEO
