Chemical Ware Washing Technician
DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for managing Colorado Springs Based Ware Washing and chemical accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing customer dish machines, laundry dispensing equipment, and chemical dispensing equipment for assigned customers. You will also be required to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect company vehicles daily to ensure proper working order and report any problems.
- Ensure the proper level of inventory is maintained on the truck and checked against the inventory list each day.
- Replenish inventory on the truck as needed and record.
- Safely travel to customer locations promptly.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on dishes, laundry, and chemical dispensing equipment.
- Document all work performed with the tablet.
- Diagnose the problem at the service call.
- Perform needed repairs to dish equipment.
- When working with electricity, ensure lockouts are in place.
- Wear provided latex gloves at all times when working on equipment.
- Clean spillage may have occurred at the location.
- Conduct all calls on the Tablet provided by the company. Must be able to adapt to technology changes
- Turn in all completed PM sheets upon returning to the shop.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Requirements:JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to use power hand tools such as drills and saws.
- Excellent driving skills needed to drive safely and avoid all accidents.
- Technicians will need to be good physical shape as some lifting and stooping is required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivated and self-directed ability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with no driving restrictions.
- Able to drive a manual shift vehicle.
Knowledge of beverage systems and specifications of systems to prevent malfunction which could lead to serious harm to self and others.
Testing and certification as required by companies that we contract with.
