Job Duties:

· Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems.

· Maintaining a high standard of mechanical maintenance practices

· Following all safety requirements and using appropriate PPE

· Keeping appropriate records and documentation utilizing company provided iPhone

· 5+ years’ experience as a residential HVAC Technician

· Technical knowledge and ability to service and diagnose residential HVAC systems

· Valid drivers’ license

· Computer literacy

· EPA certification

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must be able to work independently and as a team member

· Strong communication and documentation skills

· Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report
