This position also involves representing the organization at industry events and strengthening brand visibility within key government ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and scale partner and channel marketing programs, including co-marketing campaigns, MDF-funded initiatives, and partner enablement activities.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as resellers, distributors, and industry associations to ensure alignment and execution success.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, channel, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance across direct and partner-sourced channels, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Manage marketing budgets, including partner funds, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable results.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and partner engagement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on public sector environments, particularly Federal, State, and Local Government markets.
  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, email, field, and partner-led channels.
  • Strong background in channel and partner marketing, including MDF programs, co-marketing initiatives, and partner enablement.
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement dynamics and channel ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across sales, marketing, and partner organizations.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI-focused campaign execution.
  • Ability to represent a company at industry events and build meaningful professional networks.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with performance-driven growth opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible remote work with hybrid-friendly arrangements depending on location.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan to support long-term financial planning.
  • Opportunity to work closely with global public sector and channel ecosystems.
  • Professional growth opportunities in a high-impact, fast-growing environment.
