This role is focused on driving strategic OEM partnerships and accelerating the adoption of advanced computing and AI infrastructure solutions across key datacenter customers in India. You will be responsible for managing high-value OEM relationships and aligning cutting-edge technology platforms with partner business objectives. The position requires a strong blend of enterprise sales leadership, technical understanding of server, networking, and AI infrastructure ecosystems, and the ability to engage confidently with senior executives. You will play a central role in shaping go-to-market strategies, enabling partner success, and driving revenue growth through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. Operating in a fast-evolving and innovation-driven environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to OEM partners while influencing product and solution direction. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, hardware, and enterprise sales, where your work directly contributes to scaling next-generation computing adoption.
- Manage and grow strategic OEM partnerships across India-based datacenter and infrastructure ecosystem partners.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of advanced computing, AI, and infrastructure solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, engineering, product, and sales teams across OEM organizations.
- Drive revenue growth by aligning partner objectives with product capabilities and long-term business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, engineering, and supply chain teams to support partner success and solution delivery.
- Lead end-to-end engagement cycles including opportunity development, solution alignment, and strategic deal closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor to OEM partners, supporting technical adoption and integration of platform technologies.
- Evangelize solutions and success stories across internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
- Serve as a liaison between OEM partners and internal product/engineering teams to influence roadmap and improvements.
- Support marketing initiatives and joint partner campaigns to strengthen market positioning and visibility.
- 8+ years of experience in OEM partnerships, alliances, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with OEM or system builder partners.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, hardware, software platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior technical decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of server, networking, AI infrastructure, storage, or cybersecurity ecosystems.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align technology solutions with partner business goals.
