About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping attract top talent across various functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to support the company’s hiring goals and build a strong candidate experience.
What You’ll Do- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job expectations
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS/HR systems
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, and pre-joining engagement
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment initiatives
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to meet hiring timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience handling end-to-end hiring across technical and/or non-technical roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in semiconductor, technology, or startup environments is a plus
