We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Client Services Representative at our Wichita office . We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Interviews Begin: June 06, 2026

New Hire Training Class Begins: July 20, 2026

Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.

· Serve as a liaison between account managers and clients, ensuring requests are resolved accurately and in a timely manner

· Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, faxes, and system messages

· Communicate professionally with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and address inquiries

· Retrieve and organize documents from client systems with accuracy and attention to detail

· Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client records and processed documents

· Maintain compliance with FDCPA, HIPAA, and all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications

· Healthcare billing and insurance experience preferred

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (required)
