Description:

The Strategic Account Manager is a revenue-focused role responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with assigned distribution partners. This a hybrid role that requires 3 onsite days per week at one of our biBerk office locations: Pittston, PA, Omaha, NE, or San Antonio, TX.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, introduce, and support new partner relationship agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational capabilities, and revenue objectives
  • Identify opportunities for API-driven partnerships and serve as a key stakeholder in introducing new API agreements with external partners
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal business, operational, underwriting, technology, and leadership teams to support evaluation, onboarding, and implementation readiness for new partner and API opportunities
  • Facilitate the intake and internal coordination process for approved API agreements to ensure opportunities are properly documented, prioritized, and slotted into the development backlog for implementation
  • Act as a strategic liaison between external partners and internal teams to support successful implementation, growth, and long-term relationship management of API-enabled partnerships
  • Evaluate partner growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives that improve revenue generation, operational efficiency, and partner experience
  • Support contract discussions, partnership planning, and implementation timelines to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives

  • 3+ years proven experience in account management, partner management, or a related role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
