This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, lifecycle marketing, and brand storytelling, with a mandate to reshape how customers experience a complex consumer product through communication. You will define and elevate the voice across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app messaging, turning transactional touchpoints into meaningful, trust-building interactions. Operating in a fast-scaling, data-driven environment, you will partner closely with product, growth, and insights teams to deeply understand user needs and emotional drivers. Your work will directly influence engagement, retention, and long-term customer loyalty across millions of users. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where creative craft is treated as a core growth lever. You will have the opportunity to build tone, voice, and messaging systems from the ground up and shape how a modern consumer brand communicates at scale.
- Define and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle messaging strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications, ensuring a consistent and emotionally resonant brand voice.
- Transform existing transactional communications into human-centered, trust-building experiences that improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to translate user behavior and qualitative insights into compelling, high-performing copy and messaging systems.
- Lead the development of tone of voice guidelines and messaging frameworks that scale across channels and future lifecycle programs.
- Expand scope into broader organic and retention-driven creative initiatives as lifecycle maturity grows, including content strategy for social and community-facing channels.
- 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, lifecycle marketing, or brand communications within fast-paced consumer-facing environments.
- Proven ability to craft high-performing messaging across CRM channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in writing, storytelling, and the ability to translate complex or emotionally sensitive topics into clear, engaging communication.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams in data-informed environments.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology, lifecycle marketing principles, and community-driven brand building.
- Ability to balance creative intuition with performance metrics while advocating for long-term brand equity.
