Job Description
Saco Valley Credit Union, a 2025 Best Place to Work in Maine, is looking for a Full-Time Member Service Representative to provide welcoming, professional, and reliable service to our members. This position primarily supports our two Saco branches with day-to-day operations and may provide coverage at our Waterboro branch as needed.
In this role, you’ll help members with everyday banking needs including transactions, account services, and digital banking support while building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Assist members with transactions and account questions
- Open accounts and help members with additional services
- Support online and mobile banking needs
- Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with branch team members
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday-Friday schedule, occasional Saturdays with pay differential

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Physical and Work Environment
This position operates in an office environment and requires:
- Prolonged periods of working at a computer and remaining in a stationary position
- Moving within the branch to assist members and complete daily tasks
