Position
Bentek is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Platform Success Team and help
deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will combine technical
problem-solving, data and integration support, and client-focused collaboration to help
ensure our platform is configured accurately and our solutions are delivered with precision.
You will play an important role in supporting eligibility files, HR/payroll integrations, APIs,
and case configuration while partnering closely with internal teams to solve issues, improve
processes, and create high-quality client experiences. This is a strong fit for someone who
enjoys working at the intersection of technology, service, and operational execution in a
benefits or HR technology environment.
Responsibilities
• Support and manage eligibility files, exports, and related data exchange processes
that are essential to accurate client delivery.
• Partner on HR/payroll integrations, API setup, and other technical configuration
activities that connect client systems and workflows.
• Participate in case building and platform setup to translate client requirements into
e􀆯ective, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot file, configuration, and technical support issues, helping drive clear,
timely, and well-documented resolutions.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements,
test solutions, and maintain implementation quality.
• Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing that
strengthens team consistency and long-term scalability.
• Help support issue triage, ticket follow-up, and cross-functional coordination in a
fast-moving, service-oriented environment.
• Grow your expertise across additional technical areas, including audits, escalations,
authentication setup, and other key platform support functions.
What We Are Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in EDI, technical support, case building, benefits
administration technology, HR technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with files, integrations, data mapping, APIs, technical
troubleshooting, or system configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues
thoroughly and work toward practical solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in both technical work
and client-facing deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and communicate e􀆯ectively
with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn across multiple
functional and technical areas.
• Experience with ticketing systems, testing, documentation, or client support
processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
• Valid Driver’s license
