Lead 1st Shift in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania at Bell And Evans

The Lead is responsible for leading all team members in filling product orders in accordance the need and demand of the customer(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following; other duties may be assigned.

• Have constant awareness of product flow
• Make sure that all product being boxed is in conjunction with sales needs
• Responsible for knowing what team member is performing what task and make sure that all team members have the proper tools and supplies needed to accomplish each task
• Take a proactive role in assuring quality products are being produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns
• Other duties may be assigned by department supervisor

Qualifications and Demands:

The individual must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with employees both individually and within a group setting. Must possess strong leadership and problem solving skills. The individual must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, as well as perform all the physical tasks necessary to complete the job successfully.

Education and/or Experience: (Due to the high volume of applicants, only those who meet the minimum qualifications will be selected for interviews): High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or up to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
