Accountabilities:
  • Identify, shape, and refine high-value healthcare innovation opportunities across payer, provider, life sciences, and patient engagement solution domains.
  • Support enterprise innovation initiatives by developing strategic solution pathways for emerging healthcare technologies and adjacent market opportunities.
  • Translate evolving technology capabilities into operationally viable, commercially meaningful, and strategically aligned business solutions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, healthcare subject matter experts, AI specialists, architects, researchers, and solution teams to drive innovation alignment and feasibility.
  • Evaluate opportunities that improve workflow efficiency, interoperability, and collaboration across healthcare ecosystem participants.
  • Ensure innovation concepts are grounded in real-world healthcare operations, reimbursement models, workflow constraints, adoption challenges, and economic considerations.
  • Develop forward-looking solution hypotheses informed by healthcare market evolution, operational trends, and enabling technologies such as AI, automation, analytics, and digital health ecosystems.
  • Communicate innovation opportunities and strategic recommendations effectively to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the evaluation of internal development initiatives, strategic partnerships, ecosystem collaborations, and emerging solution investments.
  • Contribute to leadership development efforts by mentoring teams, promoting innovation best practices, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, leadership meetings, and enterprise innovation discussions to help guide future solution direction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, innovation strategy, healthcare consulting, product strategy, healthcare operations, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of multiple healthcare domains such as payer operations, provider operations, payment integrity, value-based care, digital health, risk adjustment, quality programs, fraud prevention, or patient engagement solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate executive priorities, operational realities, technical capabilities, and commercial considerations into actionable innovation strategies.
  • Experience shaping solution concepts, pilots, business cases, prototypes, or strategic initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, predictive modeling, workflow orchestration, and emerging healthcare technologies.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across business, product, technical, and operational functions.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Consulting, enterprise transformation, or healthcare advisory experience is highly valued.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving, and innovation-focused environments.

  • Competitive base salary range of $155,000 – $205,000 USD.
