You will work closely with leaders and operational teams to assess training needs, design learning solutions, and support staff development across the organization. The position focuses on building consistent onboarding and ongoing education programs that enhance both efficiency and quality standards. You will also help maintain training materials, coordinate learning activities, and track participation and outcomes. In this role, you will support organizational performance by designing, coordinating, and delivering training and quality improvement initiatives that enhance staff capability and operational consistency. You will collaborate with leadership teams to identify learning needs and implement structured education programs aligned with quality standards.
- Conduct needs assessments and support performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding and continuing education programs for staff
- Maintain training materials, manuals, and educational resources to ensure accuracy and usability
- Partner with leaders and managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and documentation for all training activities
- Track participation, maintain training records, and support reporting on learning outcomes
- Support process improvement efforts that strengthen workforce performance and quality standards
This position requires a strong background in training, coaching, or quality-focused operational support, along with the ability to work with data systems and structured learning processes. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with leadership and frontline staff in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required, or Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in quality management, training, coaching, or performance improvement roles
- Background in leadership, mentoring, or staff development responsibilities
- Ability to work with automated information systems and standard office software for data entry and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff at all levels
