This role is a high-impact regional marketing leadership position focused on driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue contribution across North America. You will lead the execution of integrated field marketing strategies that connect demand generation, events, account-based marketing, and partner initiatives into a cohesive regional engine. Acting as a key marketing partner to sales leadership, you will help shape go-to-market priorities and ensure marketing investments directly support pipeline creation and acceleration. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can operate effectively across programs, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will also play a central role in localizing global campaigns and activating regional initiatives that resonate with Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Commercial segments. This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment where performance, agility, and collaboration are essential. You will contribute directly to improving marketing efficiency, conversion rates, and overall revenue impact across the region.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the execution of field marketing programs across North America, ensuring strong alignment with sales priorities and measurable impact on pipeline creation and revenue outcomes. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery while optimizing marketing investments across channels and initiatives.

  • Execute integrated field marketing programs designed to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deal progression.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align on regional priorities and develop joint marketing and revenue plans.
  • Deliver and localize global campaigns, ensuring effective adaptation for North American audiences and segments.
  • Plan and manage field events, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
  • Oversee field marketing budget allocation, optimizing spend to maximize pipeline impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with channel and partner marketing teams to support co-marketing and ecosystem activation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on pipeline quality and conversion metrics.
  • Manage and develop team members, providing coaching, structure, and performance guidance.
  • Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and modern marketing technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements

This role requires strong B2B marketing expertise with a proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing, demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration in complex, partner-driven environments.

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles.
  • Proven track record of executing marketing programs that drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in field events, digital demand programs, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with partner-led or channel-driven go-to-market models.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for performance outcomes.
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI, or equivalent platforms).
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve marketing execution and decision-making.
