KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize plans and specifications in daily activities.
  • Review and process submittals, change orders, and requisitions.
  • Understand, utilize, and assist in the development of project schedules.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with contract obligations by Company and trade partners.
  • Participate in job reviews and subcontractor meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate site logs and daily reports.
  • Perform safety inspections and enforce jobsite safety.
  • Follow and enforce quality control procedures for quality assurance.
  • Manage temporary laborer, if required.
  • Manage relationships with clients, design team, trade partners, and inspectors.
  • Interact and communicate professionally and ethically with all parties associated with the project.
  • Attend required Company meetings, training programs, and Harkins University seminars/webinars.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school or trade school diploma with 1-3 years of construction experience.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and general contractor duties.
  • Working knowledge of plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
  • Knowledge of management fundamentals.
  • Good organization, leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to use construction management and Microsoft software.
  • Knowledge of Procore and Phoenix a plus.
