Obstetrics Registered Nurse (OB RN) – Indian Health Service

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking an experienced Obstetrics Registered Nurse (OB RN) to support the Indian Health Service at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility in Chinle, Arizona.

This is a full-time, 13-week contract opportunity with the potential for extension.

Compensation:

• $50.00/hour
• $1,246 weekly per diem
• Sign-on bonus
• Completion bonus

Schedule:

• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Day and night shifts based on facility needs
• Approximately 11.5-hour day shifts or 12-hour night shifts
• Monday–Friday standard schedule with occasional weekend coverage as operationally required

The OB RN will provide nursing care within the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility and work collaboratively with the IHS nursing and medical team. Duties and scheduling are directed by Chinle RN leadership based on operational needs.

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Experience providing Obstetrics/OB nursing care
• Ability to work day or night shifts based on facility needs
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week
• Ability to complete all required IHS credentialing and onboarding requirements
• Active RN license
• 2 years OB/L&D experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Comfort working in rural or resource-variable environments
• Respect for culturally diverse communities
• Willingness to travel for assignment duration
• Prior experience with IHS (Indian Health Services) preferred, but not required
• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS
• PALS
• NRP
• Fetal Monitoring Certification
