This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams building a unified, AI-first omnichannel platform that powers seamless customer interactions across voice, messaging, email, and digital channels. You will drive the technical vision and execution of scalable SaaS products that support millions of users and hundreds of thousands of global customers. Acting as both a people leader and technical guide, you will shape architecture decisions, influence product direction, and ensure engineering excellence across multiple teams. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leadership to define roadmap priorities and deliver impactful customer experiences. The role requires strong leadership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where experimentation and iteration are key. This is a high-impact position where your work directly shapes the future of customer engagement at scale.
- Lead, coach, and grow multiple engineering teams within an omnichannel product organization, including senior engineers and team leads.
- Define and execute technical and product roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Design leadership.
- Drive delivery of scalable, high-quality SaaS and platform capabilities across multiple communication channels.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, contributing to architecture discussions and guiding key engineering decisions.
- Establish a strong engineering culture focused on performance, accountability, and continuous career development.
- Enable teams to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, fostering clarity, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
- Ensure platform scalability and integration capabilities that support internal teams and external partners.
- Partner cross-functionally to align engineering execution with broader business and product strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams of 20+ engineers, including senior ICs and team leads.
- Strong background in product engineering, with experience building and scaling SaaS products in high-growth environments.
- Ability to lead full-stack technical discussions and influence both frontend and backend architecture decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on technical credibility with experience contributing to engineering design and mentoring teams.
- Experience managing performance, setting goals, and driving high-performing engineering cultures.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound technical and product decisions.
- Experience integrating or leveraging AI/GenAI in product development or engineering workflows.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- Nice to have: experience with voice, SMS, or AI/agent-based products and composable SaaS architectures.
