In this role, you will drive large-scale, cross-functional technical programs that shape product and platform outcomes across a complex engineering-driven environment. You will act as both a strategic partner and hands-on program leader, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, Legal, Communications, and other key stakeholders. The role requires strong technical fluency, systems thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping execution on track. You will be responsible for translating strategy into clear plans, measurable milestones, and coordinated delivery across teams. Success in this position depends on your ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse groups. You will also play a key role in improving program management practices and enabling scalable execution across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional technical programs across multiple teams and departments.
  • Define and track program success metrics, milestones, and delivery outcomes to ensure measurable impact.
  • Facilitate and continuously improve program-level workflows, processes, and operating rhythms.
  • Conduct capacity planning, identify resource gaps, and recommend prioritization or escalation strategies.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to align priorities with strategic goals and operational constraints.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Communications, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Manage program operations including reporting, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as a strategic connector across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
  • Support storytelling of program progress, outcomes, and impact for diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles within product-led or engineering-driven organizations.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and evaluate trade-offs.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in complex environments.
  • Deep expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and capacity planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and structured execution.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Communications, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Strong systems thinking, organizational skills, and analytical capability.
  • Ability to mentor and support other program management professionals is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work with flexible collaboration across global teams.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, skills, and location.
  • Annual salary range (United States): 126,234 USD to 192,381 USD, adjusted for location.
  • Opportunity to work on globally impactful, large-scale knowledge and technology initiatives.
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment with strong emphasis on equity and accessibility.
  • Employer-supported benefits depending on location (healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs).
  • Occasional travel opportunities for collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Professional growth in a mission-driven, engineering-led environment.
