• Configure and maintain Azure environments following security standards and cloud best practices.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analytics tasks.
• Utilize libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data manipulation and analytical workflows.
• Conduct detailed data analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure setup and analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to workflow and process improvements within BPO or call center operations.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based and analytics-driven solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives involving machine learning and emerging AI technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, data analysis, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods and foundational machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud environment configuration is preferred.
• Experience working within BPO or call center environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or above) are required.
• Additional language skills in French, German, or Spanish are considered a plus.
• Awareness or conceptual understanding of Agentic AI and AI agents is highly valued.
